Returns & Cancellations Policy
You must contact us before returning any item.
Books returned to us without prior agreement will not be credited or acknowledged. We can accept no liability for financial losses incurred by customers who have submitted unauthorized returns – so please contact us before returning an item. If you have received an incorrect or damaged item, please contact our Customer Services department within 30 days of receiving your order.
If you would like to refund your eBook purchase, we will be happy to do so if your request fits the following criteria:
- You have 14 calendar days to return an eBook from the date you purchased it.
- You have not viewed or printed, in total, more than twenty percent (20%) of the VitalSource eBook.
- You have not used any included access codes for any online resource that came with your eBook purchase.
- You have not previously returned the same eBook from a prior purchase.

Please include your order number and reason for cancellation when contacting us so we can assist with your request as efficiently as possible. If you have purchased an eBook from another vendor, you will need to contact them directly to request a refund. We are only able to refund purchases made from Routledge.com

Products sold on this website are sold on a firm sale basis and are not returnable. This does not affect your rights to return damaged/defective or incorrect items.

Refunds

If you wish to cancel an order, please contact our warehouse as a matter of urgency because once we have charged and dispatched your order we cannot then cancel it. This does not affect your rights to return damaged, defective or incorrect items.
