Viewer Mode for Video Discussions

The moderator of the discussion will be able to invite viewers to a video discussion. Viewers will not be a part of the discussion but can view the discussion on a livestream. The viewers will have a backroom to chat with the moderators helping them steer the direction of the conversation.

You can invite viewers into a discussion, by clicking the invite viewers button and entering the email address of the viewers you want to invite, make sure to use one email address per line.

You can enable this feature by going to video discussion page and following the steps below:

• Invite the viewers by clicking the Invite Viewers button on the video discussion page.



• In the invite viewers pop up enter the email address of the viewer, one per line.


• The invitee will get an email along with the link and the passcode to join the video discussion livestream.


• On clicking the link in the invitation email, the viewer detail page will open in a new tab. Viewer is expected to enter his name and the livestream passcode and hit join.


• Viewer would be able to view the discussion via a livestream and also see the moderator's name and email address under the group info section.


• Viewer would be able to chat with the moderator using the backroom functionality, to steer the direction of the conversation.
