The 7 C's Learning Portfolio provides a framework for holistic assessment of skills and attributes that contribute to accessing the curriculum. The 4 Functions of Learning framework supports intervention by helping to develop a shared language of support between teachers and TAs. It describes what learning support actually looks like, which enables informed direction and commissioning, and in turn allows impact to be measured.
