SMS Credits are used in Communites for sending out survey invites via SMS and phone number verification of community members.
How to add SMS Credits within Communities?
Community admin can add SMS credits on the go while sending surveys from Communties.
Follow the below steps:
- Click on Add SMS Credit
- Enter the amount and credentials.
- Click on Confirm to complete payment.
