What about emails sent to major ISP's - How can I be guaranteed that emails will not be blocked by them?
No provider can guarantee email delivery. ISP's have different rules about SPAM detection based on content, subject and how many of their users are reporting emails as SPAM.
The best way to make sure that your specific survey invitation is not blocked as SPAM is to pre-test it by sending an email invitation to different free email addresses from hotmail, yahoo, gmail, etc.
While QuestionPro makes every effort to make sure that our IP Addresses are whitelisted and not blocked, we cannot guarantee delivery of emails. It is the survey administrator’s responsibility to make sure that emails do not get blocked by the recipient’s mail servers.
How to include QuestionPro SPF record on client side?
An SPF record is a type of Domain Name Service (DNS) record that identifies which mail servers are permitted to send email on behalf of your domain. The purpose of an SPF record is to prevent spammers from sending messages with forged From addresses at your domain.
