Letting members opt-out of surveys

Members will be able to opt-out of surveys if they do not wish to partcipate.You can now turn on a setting saying "Survey Opt-out" from your main community settings screen to enable the member opt-out feature for your community.

If you wish to turn off this feature for a particular project in your community, you could also do so by disabling the toggle (auto-enabled if you have the "Survey Opt-out" setting turned on for the community) displayed while distributing the survey in your community.

You can enable this feature by going to community settings page and following the steps below:

• Enable the Survey Opt-Out toggle in the community settings section.


• If you want to disable member opt-out for a particular project, you can do so by disabling the Opt-out toggle on the distribute survey page.


• A new icon will be added on the member portal to opt-out of a survey. Member can click on the icon to opt-out of that particuar survey.


• Member when clicks on the icon to opt-out will be shown a message warning him about missing out on the reward points.


• Member will be able to see all the opted out surveys under the Opted Out tab on the member portal
