Through this platform, the aim is for the books within the series to provide new insights and contributions to the development of modern semiconductor technology. The scope of the series is wide, covering semiconductor physics, materials, device processes, equipment, IC design methods amid many other topics while studies involving case studies and applied settings will also be prominent.
