To download / export data for the survey in XML format:
Go To: Login >> Customer Experience >> Analytics >> Manage Data >> Export >> XML Data Export
What elements of the survey data are available via. the XML format?
The XML Export contains 2 general sections: The Survey Structure (Survey->Sections->Questions->Answers) The Responses
Are the Question ID's and Answer ID's Unique?
Yes. They are unique for your survey.
