This series
aims to provide concise and accessible introductions to mathematical topics in
Analytics and OR. Books in the series are designed to offer a primer on a topic
rooted in an illustrative case study or example, and an indication of how the
ideas discussed might be usefully applied by the reader. These books are
intended to appeal to a mixture of professionals, practitioners and students,
and will require only a relatively basic level of mathematical background.
The series
is open to proposals on a wide range of topics and applications associated with
operations research and analytics, including mathematical analysis,
optimization, mathematical modelling, linear and non-linear programming,
machine learning, and more.
Please contact us if you have an idea for a book for the series.
