Copy a CX Survey

To copy a survey from one CX feedback to another feedback system, follow the below steps:

• Click on the Copy link against the name of the survey you want to copy

• Specify the name of survey and select the feedback system where you want to copy the survey

• Click the Copy Survey button to finish the copying

Your will be identically copied to the new feedback system. Identically refers to the questions and formatting you applied to the survey will remain as is in the copied survey

Although most of the branching logic and settings are copied over, you may have to reset the logic for some questions. When you copy a survey, do test it and update the branching logic wherever necessary.

The following logic options are not copied and will need to be reimplemented:

• Randomizer logic
• Dynamic Comment Box
• Quota Control

Also, you need to set the NPS configuration under Settings tab and Action alerts under the Notification tab.
