Communities - Engagement Meter
Engagement Meter identifies the engagement level of the member on the basis of completion of tasks which you have assigned.
For example: You have set a task 1 as:
- Survey 1 completion
- Comments on idea board for discussion.
If the member completes both the modules in task 1,the engagement meter will show 100%. In that way, members become eligible for a title.For example: "Beginner".
Surveys, Polls, Idea Board, Topics, Discussions and Profile Completion are the modules that can be added in the task.
To access the levels of Engagement Meter, go to:
Communities >> Modules >> Engagement Meter
- Enable the option for Enable Engagement Meter
Yes, you can change the title and reward points of the engagement meter. To change the title, click on edit option next to the engagement meter you wish to edit.

Once the member logs into the community, they would be able to view the engagement meter around their profile picture:
