The Document Sharing feature allows customers to share content with their commmunity memebers. These typically are in the form of reports (survey data collected) that stakeholders would like to share with their constituents.
Community members are more engaged when data and other information is share with them. This feature allows you to upload documents that can be publicly consumed by the community members.
Communities >> Modules >> Documents
Enable the option for Document Sharing and click on + New Document to upload the document.
The following file types are supported under document sharing:
By clicking on the Documents tab, members will be able to download the document(s) uploaded by the admin.
No - For security and compliance reasons we don't allow other documents to be uploaded for distribution.
