Advances in Recovery and Stress Research: Multi-Disciplinary Approaches covers a broad range of areas in which recovery plays a crucial role, providing the current status of research on recovery and stress. In particular, it aims to be unique in addressing fields in which recovery and stress play an important role, but recovery has not received adequate attention, for example, in the areas of health promotion as well as performance promotion in work settings. Another feature of the series is that it contains both up-to-date theoretical and applied perspectives from multi-disciplinary approaches.
The series will publish a new volume each year, beginning with Recovery and Well-being in Sport and Exercise. To propose a volume, please contact Michael Kellmann ([email protected]) and Zoe Thomson([email protected]).
