Reviews

"This book covers essential details of all types of ocean structures, materials, construction and operations. Such a book is not available at present. The coverage about offshore platforms is exhaustive, and the figures used for explanation are superb. The details include concepts, methodology and much information that is scarcely available. I strongly recommend this book to undergraduate, graduate and postgraduate students related to ocean, offshore, marine and oil & gas engineering, as well as practicing engineers and technical personnel."
— Kurian v. John, Universiti Teknologi Petronas, Seri Iskandar, Malaysia

"Highly recommended. The authors are extremely well known in the subject area of ocean structures and have considerable experience in teaching ocean structures to graduate and undergraduate students. The coverage captures the current state of practice and presents it in a straightforward and easily digestible style. Illustrations and figures are impressive. The book incorporates the information based on authors’ extensive research as well as other relevant published data from various widely scattered sources."
